All of our Managers and Directors have a minimum of five years’ experience with the company. We have unparalleled knowledge of the local market, allowing us to tailor marketing strategies to each individual property, attracting the best possible buyers and tenants at the best possible prices.

FINDING THE BEST TENANTS
As a landlord, we understand that your requirements can be as individual as the home you are letting, whether you have one investment property or a large portfolio. We like to work in partnership with our landlords, taking our fees monthly throughout the duration of the tenancy rather than upfront like many other agents.
We work hard to minimise void periods and to ensure there are no arrears. Over the past year, our landlords have experienced an average void period of just under 1% and only 1% of our landlords experienced rent arrears.
We set ourselves the highest standards by being members of the Property Redress Scheme (PRS) and operating to codes of practice set out by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

FEES
We aim to make sure that everyone knows where they stand when it comes to costs. We offer a straightforward and transparent commission structure which allows our landlords to spread the payment of our commission over the duration of the tenancy. Unlike most agents our commission is paid on a monthly basis, so that our landlords start receiving an income for their property as soon as the tenant moves in.
